How to delete your account
Has your studies come to an end, or have you found another job? Whatever the reason, we're sorry to see you go.
If something else led you to this decision, we'd really appreciate your feedback. Your opinion matters to us and helps us keep improving uniworks for students like you.
You can delete your uniworks account yourself at any time, right inside the app. Just follow these steps:
Open the uniworks app
Tap on Profile
Then tap your email address
At the very bottom, tap “Delete account”
Enter your password to confirm the deletion
What data is deleted?
Deleting your account permanently removes your profile and the personal data associated with it (e.g. name, contact details, profile picture and your in-app activity). This action cannot be undone.
Data we are legally required to retain — such as billing and accounting records under commercial and tax law — is kept for the legally prescribed period and then deleted. Read more in our privacy policy.
No longer have access to the app?
If you can no longer sign in to the app, you can also request deletion of your account by email at any time. Simply write to us from your registered email address at support@uniworks.gmbh with the subject “Delete account”. We'll confirm the request and remove your account within 30 days.
