Welcome to uniworks! We are delighted that you are using our app for students to book flexible jobs. Use of our app is subject to the following terms of use. Please read them carefully before using the app. By using the app, you automatically agree to these terms.

General terms

1. User agreement

These terms of use (hereinafter referred to as the agreement) constitute a legal agreement between you and uniworks GmbH (hereinafter referred to as we, us or uniworks). By using our app, you agree to these terms.

2. Changes to the terms

uniworks reserves the right to change these terms of use at any time at its own discretion. We will notify you of changes, and continued use of the app after such notification constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.

Using the app

1. Eligibility

You must be a student to use our app. You are required to provide honest and accurate information when registering.

2. Registration

To use the app, you must create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and are liable for all activities that take place under your account.

3. Conduct

You agree to use the app in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not misuse the app or use it for unlawful purposes.

Booking jobs

1. Job offers

uniworks enables you to book flexible jobs from third parties. Once you accept a shift, your commitment is binding. Inform us immediately if you are unexpectedly unable to attend.

2. Compensation

You agree that the displayed compensation may vary depending on the time actually worked and represents a guide value.

3. Job description

We take the greatest care with shift descriptions, but we can also make mistakes — errors are therefore reserved.

Privacy

1. Privacy policy

Information on the collection and use of your personal data can be found in our privacy policy, available on our website at uniworks.gmbh/datenschutz.

Termination

1. Termination by uniworks

uniworks may terminate your account without justification or prior notice.

2. Deleting your account

Under “Profile” you can delete your account at any time.

Final provisions

1. Governing law

This agreement is governed by German law.

2. Place of jurisdiction

The Regional Court of Munich (Landgericht München) has jurisdiction over any legal disputes in connection with this agreement.

Severability clause

Should individual provisions of our user agreement be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
